Caorunn Gin is handcrafted in small batches at Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands.

Pronounced ‘ka-roon’, Caorunn is the Gaelic word for rowan berry which along with heather, bog myrtle, dandelion and Coul Blush apple are the five handpicked Celtic botanicals used to flavour the gin. Six other traditional gin botanicals make a total of 11 botanicals.

The unique blend of botanicals is distilled in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber, in a whisky distillery, to extract maximum flavour.

This clever contraption infuses the flavours as evenly as possible, and the result is a mouth-wateringly refreshing gin.
