New: White Heather
White Heather 15 YO marries the finest Speyside, Islay and North Highland single malts with specially selected grain whiskies.
The 15 YO blended Scotch whisky from the White Heather range was created by master blender Billy Walker.
For this expression, malt whiskies from Speyside, Islay, and the Highlands have been used, alongside grain whisky. Whisky was drawn from ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead, as well as Spanish sherry butts, then blended together expertly.
Following that, it was reracked into Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry, and American virgin oak casks.
The limited-edition 15-year-old release has aromas of heather honey, butterscotch, orange peel, pineapple, mint and wisps of peat filling the nose, complemented by notes of grapefruit, almond, ginger and earthy peat throughout the palate.
It won the Gold Medal of the World Whiskey Awards, 2021.
